The Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS), Guwahati, conducts the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) every year for admission to undergraduate health-science courses in government and private institutes across Assam. The SSUHS CEE 2026 was held in offline, OMR-based mode on 7 June 2026, and the university announced the result on 17 July 2026, with individual scorecards opening for download a day later. Follow these steps to view and download your SSUHS CEE 2026 scorecard:

1. Open the official result portal — go to the SSUHS candidate login page at ssuhs.formsrec.in/clientLogin.
2. Enter your login credentials — type in the Application Number and Password you created at the time of filling the CEE application form.
3. Submit and view your scorecard — your subject-wise marks (English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics), total score and percentile will be displayed on screen.
4. Compare with the cut-off table — check the percentile you scored against the category-wise cut-off given in the section below to know your provisional qualifying status.
5. Download and print — save a PDF copy and keep a printout ready, since it is required at the document verification and counselling stage.

Your provisional course eligibility depends on which optional subject — Biology or Mathematics — you selected in the OMR sheet:

• Biology candidates are provisionally eligible for B.Sc. Nursing, D.Pharm, B.Pharm, and Allied & Healthcare courses.
• Mathematics candidates are provisionally eligible for D.Pharm, B.Pharm, Bachelor in Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology, and Bachelor of Optometry.

This is why candidates who chose Biology should mandatorily check B.Sc. Nursing, D.Pharm, B.Pharm and Allied & Healthcare cut-offs, while Mathematics candidates should focus on Pharmacy and allied technical courses.

How the SSUHS CEE 2026 Merit List Is Prepared

Merit is decided purely on the total score out of 100. When two or more candidates end up with the same total marks, SSUHS applies the following tie-breaking order:

1. Higher marks in Biology (or Mathematics, for Pharmacy courses)
2. Higher marks in Chemistry
3. Higher marks in Physics
4. Higher marks in English
5. If the tie still persists, marks obtained in the HS (10+2) qualifying examination are used, in the same subject order, at the counselling stage

Candidates who meet the minimum qualifying percentile of their category and appear in the provisional merit list will be called for the counselling and document verification round. During counselling, candidates typically need to carry their CEE scorecard, HS (10+2) marksheet and admit card, category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/EWS/PwD, if applicable), domicile/residence proof, and recent passport-size photographs.
